Returns & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Policy


HALLE will only accept returns and issue a refund on garments that are deemed faulty and irreparable.

Faulty garments will be assessed and repaired in most cases.

Exchanges may be made on stock items at your own expense if item is the wrong size and exchange size is in stock so please read size chart and measure yourself before placing your order.

If you believe your garment is faulty or wish to exchange a size please email to discuss exchange or refund.

Exchanges on change of mind & new size will only be accepted within 10 days of shipment date.

Exchange items must be in an unworn and unwashed state with all tagging still attached.


Full payment is required upfront on all custom orders.

Custom orders are non refundable and cannot be exchanged.

In an event change of mind or change of circumstances arise prior to production an account credit/gift card valid for 3 years will be supplied which can be used online or in-store.

Faulty custom orders will be assessed and repaired. 


All items remain customers responsibility until received back in the HALLE STUDIO so please pack items carefully when returning.

Exchanges and refunds on irreparable garments will be processed within 7 days of receiving item back in the HALLE STUDIO.

Please understand that HALLE garments are made in small quantities so we cannot guarantee item or size you wish to exchange to will be in stock. 

In an event of non delivery of an order to the elected address, and the shipment is returned to sender, a full refund will be given once the item has been received back into the HALLE STUDIO.

HALLE THE LABEL reserves all rights to reject return or exchange if all terms and conditions have not been complied with.
